Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller to join our IT sales team in Bhubaneswar. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our IT products (ERP, CRM, Web Applications, Digital Solutions), and generating leads through outbound calling.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to promote IT services.
Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Convert warm leads into opportunities through effective communication.
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for campaigns.
Maintain proper call records and provide customer support.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/sales (IT or related).
✅ Fluent in Odia, Hindi
✅ Good communication & negotiation skills.
✅ Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
₹8,000 – ₹11,000 (based on experience) + good Incentives.
