We are looking for a proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage travel arrangements for employees and guests. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate or hospitality travel coordination, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight, train, hotel, and taxi bookings as per company policies
- Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure timely confirmations
- Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, and invoices
- Assist with visa, travel insurance, and other documentation
- Coordinate with travel agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Address any travel-related queries or emergencies promptly
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in travel coordination or similar role
- Basic knowledge of travel portals and booking systems
- Good multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and customer service orientation
