Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities in restaurant projects such as new outlet openings, renovations, and maintenance works. The role ensures that contractors, vendors, and staff complete work safely, efficiently, and in line with brand standards, quality requirements, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and on-site staff during restaurant construction, fit-outs, or renovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers to align with restaurant brand guidelines.
- Monitor work progress, quality of finishes, kitchen equipment installation, furniture, lighting, and utilities.
- Maintain site records including work schedules, daily progress reports, checklists, and handover documents.
- Verify material deliveries and usage as per specifications.
- Resolve on-site challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Liaise with operations, kitchen, and facility teams for smooth handover of the restaurant.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and fire safety works are executed correctly.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works in operating restaurants (if applicable).
- Conduct final inspections to ensure readiness before restaurant launch/opening.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Facilities Management (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of fit-out, MEP, and safety standards.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of local building, safety, and fire regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
