Restaurant Captain
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Greet and interact with customers to enhance their dining experience.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any service issues.
- Train and guide new waitstaff.
- Ensure tables are properly managed, and service is efficient.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
