Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Salesman to join our team in the kitchen hardware segment. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of kitchen accessories, fittings, and hardware products (such as hinges, channels, baskets, handles, etc.) and possess excellent communication and sales skills to serve customers efficiently and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom or shop.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable kitchen hardware products.
- Explain product features, technical details, pricing, and usage.
- Prepare quotations and close sales professionally.
- Maintain proper display and stock of kitchen hardware items.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or queries effectively.
