Job Description: STEMpedia is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Hardware & Network Executive to join our in-office team in Ahmedabad. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, and related systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric systems, CCTV, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across end-user systems and networked devices.
- Manage broadband and ILL internet connections; troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate to ISPs when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), basic network performance, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory of all IT equipment and networking devices.
- Ensure regular verification of backups and support in implementing disaster recovery protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth deployment of new hardware/software tools.
- Maintain documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure IT compliance with internal security policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of hardware components, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and peripheral configuration.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
