- Experience in retail, hardware, or decor industry preferred (1+ year).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for design, decor, and home improvement.
- Sales-driven, customer-focused, and reliable.
- Basic computer literacy (POS system, email, billing software).
- High level of energy and professionalism
