Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Executive with
basic knowledge in hardware, networking, and Windows installation The
ideal candidate will assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, provide hands on
technical support, and troubleshoot system related issues
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic hardware and networking tasks including system setup and connectivity troubleshooting
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and software
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops, desktops, and network connections
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT systems updates, and procedures
- Provide timely technical support to end users and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
- Ensure systems are functioning efficiently and securely
Qualification
- Minimum HSC or Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Certification in Hardware Networking (e g CCNA, CompTIA A+) is a plus
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in IT support
Key Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and operating systems
- Proficiency in Windows installation and configuration
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
