Job description
As an inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS platform. If you have experience in B2B/B2C sales, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in selling SaaS platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other channels to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the features and benefits of our SaaS platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and sales collateral.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Buyer Personal & consultative selling best practices in B2B SaaS
Experience - 1 to 3 yrs
Salary - 20,000 to 35000
Location - Mohali Phase 8B
