Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing B2B sales team. Whether you're a fresher eager to start your sales career or a professional with up to 3 years of experience, we offer you the platform to grow, learn, and succeed in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demo calls and engage with B2B clients to understand their requirements
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and other channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Follow up with prospects to convert them into paying customers
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach efforts
- Update and manage records using CRM tools
- Support post-sales engagement and onboarding if required
Requirements:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients and delivering product demos
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and office software is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
