Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, outreach, and strategic prospecting.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure.
Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
Handle objections with confidence and negotiate contracts effectively.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align on client feedback and needs.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar role.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer pain points.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
