Job Title: Business Development Executive – SaaS
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in SaaS or IT solutions)
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients for SaaS solutions
- Conduct online product demos and presentations to decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales performance reports
- Work in alignment with US/International market time zones
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SaaS industry trends and competition is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Work Mode & Shift Details:
- Night Shift – US market support
- 5 Days Working (Monday–Friday)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
