Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our team at CCSI Computer Education. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk responsibilities while handling telecalling to promote courses, follow up with leads, and assist in admissions.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage front office activities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain courses and offers.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain lead database, enquiry register, and daily call records.
- Assist with admission documentation and provide accurate course information.
- Coordinate with counsellors and staff for walk-ins and appointments.
- Ensure reception area is professional and welcoming.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,555.15 - ₹15,000.00 per month
