We’re now looking for a Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our Sales & Customer Engagement team. This role is all about being the friendly, professional voice of Gilco Global — the one who makes the first connection, understands the customer, and helps open the door for our sales team.
So what does a typical day look like?
You’ll be making outbound calls to prospective customers, sharing our solutions in elevators, escalators, and maintenance services, and updating your conversations in our CRM (FieldCircle). Some calls will lead to appointments for the field team, others might be about sending brochures or following up on AMC renewals — but each call is a step toward building trust.
We’ll look to you for:
- Confidence in explaining who we are and what we offer
- Keeping neat call logs with remarks and follow-up actions
- Spotting genuine leads and passing them on to sales
- Checking in with existing customers and making sure they feel cared for
- Staying consistent with targets and timelines
What will help you succeed?
- A clear, pleasant way of speaking in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
- Patience and good listening skills — especially when handling objections
- Comfort with simple tools like CRMs and MS Office
- And most of all, the drive to keep going with consistency, even when calls don’t connect
We’d love it if you have a graduation in any discipline, and about 1–3 years of telecalling, telemarketing, or customer care experience. If you’ve worked in construction, real estate, or B2B sales support, that’s an added advantage.
How will we know you’re doing well? By the number of calls you make, the quality of leads you generate, how clean and complete your reports are, and the feedback we get from customers after you speak with them.
