About the Role
We are looking for an innovative and skilled Chef with expertise in healthy snack & protein bar preparation. The candidate will work in a production facility to develop and standardize recipes for a new protein bar brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality protein bar recipes with a balance of taste & nutrition
- Work with nutritionists/management on macro-friendly formulations
- Oversee production trials and ensure consistency
- Maintain food safety & hygiene standards
- Innovate new flavors/variations for market launch
Requirements
Experience in healthy food / snacks / protein bars / bakery / nutrition-based recipes
Knowledge of ingredients like whey protein, oats, seeds, nuts, natural sweeteners
Ability to work in a factory/production setup
Creative mindset with R&D skills
Based in/ready to relocate to Gurugram
