Job Opening: Lawyer – Real Estate Industry
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawyer to join one of our reputed Real Estate organizations.
Job Location:
Rajarhat, Akankha More, Kolkata
Salary:
Up to 30,000 (in-hand) – based on last in-hand salary
Candidate Preference:
- Male candidates preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in legal/compliance work, preferably in Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and finalize property-related agreements and legal documents.
- Handle property verification and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Provide legal advice on real estate transactions and project documentation.
- Coordinate with government offices for registration and legal formalities.
- Maintain and update records of agreements, deeds, and legal correspondence.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lawyer (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of property law, registration process, and compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle legal issues independently and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
