About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated graduates with a strong foundation in programming, software engineering, and applied AI. As part of our AI Security & Cybersecurity Lab, you will work on cutting-edge problems at the intersection of machine learning and threat defense.
You’ll be building, testing, and optimizing tools that secure AI pipelines and protect critical systems from adversarial threats, model abuse, and data leakage.
Job Title: Software Engineer (Fresher)

Date of Joining: 18th Aug 2025Employment Type: Permanent & Full time
Working Model: Initial 3 months – full-time from Magarpatta office (5 days a week), followed by a hybrid model with 3 days in the office per week post 3 months.
Location Preference: Only candidates residing near Magarpatta City, or those currently living elsewhere but confirmed to be ready to relocate, will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tools for AI-powered threat detection, anomaly detection, and adversarial resilience.
- Apply machine learning models to real-world security challenges.
- Collaborate with the AI security team to analyze LLM safety, prompt injection, and model exploitability.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code for backend tools and services.
- Conduct research on emerging AI threats and secure AI practices.
- Contribute to proof-of-concept (POC) development and lab experimentation.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in any of these languages Python, JavaScript, Java, or Go.
- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals – data structures, algorithms, OS, and networking.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, machine learning frameworks.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (can be trained further).
- Ability to work independently, learn fast, and think critically.
- Good communication skills.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)
- Participation in AI/ML hackathons, research projects, or Kaggle competitions.
- Coursework or certifications in cybersecurity or ethical hacking.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, or model evaluation techniques.
- Contributions to GitHub or open-source projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduates in B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT) only or Computer Engineering (CE).
- 2025 pass-outs.
- Minimum 60% aggregate required in SSC, HSC, and Engineering.
