- Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition: This includes market research, analyzing trends, and assessing property values to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Negotiate Rental agreements: Engage with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and close deals.
- Manage due diligence processes: This involves inspections, assessments, and coordinating with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships: Building strong connections with real estate agents, brokers, and other key players is crucial for sourcing opportunities and navigating the acquisition landscape.
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals: Communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to senior management to secure approvals for potential acquisitions.
