Job Responsibilities –
- Make outbound calls to potential leads, especially Architects and Interior Designers, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Introduce the company and confidently explain our range of products and services.
- Communicate the unique benefits and USPs (Unique Selling Points) of our products clearly and persuasively.
- Build rapport with prospects and maintain a positive, service-oriented tone during conversations.
- Convince and encourage professionals to visit our showroom for a detailed presentation and product demonstration.
- Handle queries and provide accurate information regarding product specifications, availability, and applications.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to ensure showroom visits and further engagement.
- Record and update all call details, customer responses, and lead status in the CRM or reporting system accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales or showroom team to ensure smooth lead handover and visit scheduling.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals as assigned by the team lead or manager
