Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, business development, and sales initiatives, preferably with exposure to international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through online/offline channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies
- Handle sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
- Identify business development opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintain records of sales and client communications
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in lead generation and client handling
- Knowledge or interest in international marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing skills
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience & performance)
