Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team at Clan India Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., specializing in support garments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of both B2B and direct consumer sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to B2B prospects such as retailers, wholesalers, and healthcare professionals to promote and sell support garments.
- Handle direct sales inquiries from individual customers and guide them in product selection, usage, and benefits.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Maintain a database of client information, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Build long-term relationships with B2B clients for recurring business.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor activity.
- Provide post-sale customer support and gather feedback to improve service.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in garments, healthcare, or consumer products.
- Experience in both B2B and direct sales environments are highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
