Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales executives & BDM in managing clients and showcasing diamonds.
- Manage stock tracking, basic inventory updates, and order documentation.
- Support in preparing invoices, follow-ups, and updating customer records.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, both in person regular client visit and over the phone.
- Learn and apply product knowledge to aid in customer consultations.
- New client acquisition & driving sales through generating demand.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of diamond characteristics (4Cs: Cut, Clarity, Carat, Color) preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work under supervision.
- Familiarity with basic computer tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, CRM is a plus).
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in diamond or jewelry industry.
- Preferred Industry: Experience in Diamond Industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
