Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications. Manage materials, site workforce, and daily progress reports. Resolve on-site issues and maintain project deadlines. Requirements: Proven experience in interior supervision or site management. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes. Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
