About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle legal support, documentation, and client communication for our Australian Vehicle Insurance company. The role is heavily documentation and assessment-based, requiring strong skills in Excel, report preparation, and paperwork handling, along with the ability to manage legal queries and complaints professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and communicate with Australian clients regarding legal queries, complaints, and insurance-related issues.
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and assessment reports.
- Work extensively on Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy in paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
- Provide clear, concise, and professional communication over phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and Australian legal standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in insurance or legal processes.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and document/report preparation.
- Good with numbers, logical thinking, and preparing assessment reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (neutral/accent-understandable for Australian clients).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection is mandatory.
