Job Summary:
Chicco Interiors is seeking experienced Site Engineers to oversee high-end residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in site execution, supervision, team handling, and delivering extraordinary interiors with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Execution & Supervision:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of luxury interior projects, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
- Supervise site activities, including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
2. Vendor & Material Management:
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and installation of materials like UPVC, switches, ply, tiles, and other interior elements.
- Conduct quality checks on materials before installation.
3. Team Handling & Coordination:
- Lead on-site teams, including supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure smooth communication between architects, designers, vendors, and project managers.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and ensure productivity.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily work progress reports, site logs, and quality checklists.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
5. Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to site safety protocols, government regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 5-10 years of experience in interior site execution & supervision.
✔ Expertise in high-end residential & commercial interior projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of interior materials, construction techniques, and fit-outs.
✔ Ability to read and interpret 2D & 3D drawings.
✔ Experience in handling multiple vendors, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
✔ Problem-solving mindset and strong decision-making skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project tracking tools.
✔ Effective communication and leadership skills.
