Role Overview
FURNiGENCE LLP is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Design Site Supervisor to lead the on-site execution of high-end interior and millwork projects. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of interior design detailing, materials, and construction practices, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site interior design and millwork installation activities.
- Accurately interpret design and architectural drawings for flawless execution.
- Conduct quality checks on materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories.
- Coordinate effectively with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Track and report on project schedules, progress, and issues.
- Proactively resolve any on-site issues to prevent project delays.
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor that completed works align with the design intent and client expectations.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in:
- B.Arch (Architecture)
- BE (Civil or Mechanical)
- Diploma (Civil or Mechanical)
- B.Sc (Interior Design)
- 3–5 years of proven site supervision experience in interior or millwork projects.
- Excellent understanding of design documentation, material specifications, and execution protocols.
