Job Description :-
- Site Management: Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all interior construction activities meet the company's quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans.
- Material Management: Monitor and manage the supply and usage of materials on site, ensuring optimal inventory and preventing delays.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations, conducting site inspections as necessary.
- Software Proficiency: MS-Office
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in interior site engineering or a related field within the residential, industrial, or institutional sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing large-scale interior projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
