- Greet guests as soon as they step into the restaurant
- Escort guests to their respective table
- Answer all phone calls regarding reservations and other enquiries
- Manage table reservations
- Make relevant recommendations to guests from the menu
- Engage in conversations providing information about the restaurant
- Coordinate with various departments of the restaurant
- Ensure smooth service by waiters, bussers and kitchen staff
- Address guest complaints and engage in redressal in a swift manner
- Maintain a clean and organized space in the reception, stand and lobby area

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
