Job Purpose:
To be the face of Company by offering a warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors, and stakeholders. The Guest Relation Executive will ensure a smooth and delightful experience at the sales office/show flats, uphold brand standards, and support the CRM and Sales teams with coordination and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, channel partners, and guests at the sales office or show flats.
Maintain visitor logs and coordinate appointments.
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
Offer refreshments and ensure visitor comfort while waiting.
Support the Sales and CRM teams in coordinating client site visits.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the front office/show flat & reception.
Ensure all brochures, presentations, and marketing materials are stocked and presented neatly.
Handle minor client queries politely or escalate to the relevant team.
Assist in organizing client events, handover ceremonies, or other customer engagement activities.
Coordinate with facility and housekeeping staff to maintain premium standards.
Maintain a courteous and polished appearance in line with company image.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Pleasant personality and professional grooming
Strong interpersonal and hospitality skills
Good organizational and coordination ability
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails, visitor log systems)
Customer-centric mindset
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field
Experience in Real Estate, Luxury Retail, or Hospitality industry preferred.
