Front desk associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests On site.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cancellations
- Ensure all guest records are accurate and confidential
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate when necessary
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and upsell when appropriate
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service or front desk experience (hospitality experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using hotel software systems (IDS,OPERA), phone systems, and communication tools
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
