Job Overview:
La Nature Hotels & Resorts is looking for a well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused Senior Guest Service Associate (Reception) to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the resort, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures and delivering a warm, welcoming experience to all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest arrivals, departures, and reservation processes efficiently
- Provide accurate information about rooms, services, and local attractions
- Address guest requests, feedback, and complaints with a courteous attitude
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless service
- Maintain records, billing, and daily reports as per SOP
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in front office or guest relations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) preferred
- Pleasing personality, confident demeanor, and problem-solving mindset
