Designation : Executive Assistant to MD
Location : Gurugram (Work from office)
Shift : Monday to Friday
Notice Period : Immediate joiner
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedules (personal & professional).
- Coordinate official communication, emails, and follow-ups with clients and teams.
- Organize travel, hotel bookings, personal errands, and appointments.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain organized records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and assist with project tracking.
- Manage household admin tasks, bill payments, and event planning as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely reminders and task execution.
- Provide all-round administrative support with discretion and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable handling both corporate and personal responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and highly dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
