Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Visit potential clients such as contractors, builders, and dealers to promote clay products.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations as per client requirements.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Submit daily sales reports and visit reports to the Sales Manager/GM.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events as required.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum +2 / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in building materials sales preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license.
