Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant (Female) to provide comprehensive support to senior management in a stationery items manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel plans
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Attend meetings and take accurate notes and follow-ups
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and documentation
- Assist in day-to-day operations and special projects as required
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
