Location: New Delhi, Zamrudhpur

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership in managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, handling confidential communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans
- Coordinate and follow up on important projects & deadlines
- Handle confidential documents and maintain utmost discretion
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders efficiently
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and business correspondence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
