About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, possess excellent follow-up skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Ensure effective follow-ups to get tasks completed from internal teams and external associates.
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Record accurate minutes during meetings and ensure timely circulation.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and important documents using Google Drive.
- Operate and manage Google Sheets, Gmail App, Google Dashboard settings efficiently.
- Utilize Google Keep, Google Meet, and Google Calendar to streamline daily tasks and executive operations.
- Draft, proofread, and manage official correspondence with a strong command of written and spoken English, especially for overseas communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills – ability to get work done on time.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Calendar, Keep, Meet, Gmail).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in office administration or secretarial studies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
