Role: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Location: Navi Mumbai
EA to the CEO Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointment and Meetings, Calendar Management, Travel Arrangements and Hotel bookings
- Prepare & edit correspondence, prepare Agenda and Minutes of the meetings, reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions.
- Follow up on various task, taking report from different department
- Verifying & checking the documents before giving for signing
- Preparing reports for CEO, Research on given topic as per Executive
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information when needed
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
