Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Document Preparation: Creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, including logistics, materials, and minutes.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Project Support: Assisting with special projects, initiatives, or events.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and general organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
