Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and analyze data using advanced MS Excel functions for reports, presentations, and decision-making.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations with precision.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks, projects, and meetings to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide 24/7 availability for urgent matters, travel support, and critical business requirements.
- Assist in event planning, vendor coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Flexible and available to work beyond regular hours, including weekends if needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
