Branch sales management: Manage day-to-day branch sales operations,
ensuring smooth functioning.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, class assigning, and
resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Cash Management: Manage cash handling, including cash receipts, payments,
and reconciliation.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence
to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Branch Maintenance: Ensure that the branch is maintained in a clean and
secure condition.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit operational reports, analyzing
data to inform business decisions.
Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely
and professional manner.
