Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely collection of payments and issue reminders.
* Manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
* Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups efficiently.
* Maintain and update CRM software (Pinga) with customer data.
* Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts teams for document processing.
* Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Min 2-7 years of experience in CRM, customer service in real estate.
* Strong communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Pinga) and MS Office.
* Ability to handle multiple clients and resolve issues promptly.
* A customer-centric and problem-solving approach.
