Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to support the emotional and psychological well-being of our learners. The ideal candidate will provide counseling, conduct assessments, and collaborate with educators and parents to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions for learners.
- Conduct psychological assessments and prepare reports.
- Identify emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges in students.
- Develop intervention strategies and personalized support plans.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to address learners’ needs.
- Promote mental health awareness and conduct workshops as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (M.Phil/PhD preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a school or child-focused setting.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing case reports.
- Laptop is mandatory.

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
