Key Responsibilities
- Manage property listings and update internal databases.
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, and field staff for documentation.
- Prepare and maintain agreements, letters, and client files.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative duties.
- Support sales team with appointment scheduling and data entry.
- Track property availability and client leads regularly.
- Assist in marketing coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in administrative or back office roles (Real Estate preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
