Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up items from the warehouse/store and deliver them to customers.
- Verify delivery information and ensure the correct products are delivered.
- Collect payments or get delivery confirmation signatures when required.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules.
- Communicate with dispatch or the supervisor regarding any issues or delays.
- Handle products with care to avoid damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle (if company-provided).
- Adhere to safety and traffic rules.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license or two-wheeler license.
- Own a two-wheeler (preferred, if not provided by company).
- Good knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.
- Ability to use GPS and navigation tools.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages if needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.
