Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of Continental dishes (pasta, grilled meats, salads, sauces, etc.)
- Ensure food is cooked and presented according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and improve menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Continental Cook/Chef
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
