Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the level (Commi to CDP), you will be responsible for:
Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with our nutritional standards and portioning guidelines.
- Ensure consistency, hygiene, and quality across all meals.
- Support menu execution for rotational offerings.
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance).
- Organize and restock kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Participate in daily mise en place and shift planning.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the head chef, nutrition team, and fellow kitchen staff.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in training junior staff (for CDP roles).
Requirements:
- 1–8 years of experience in cloud kitchens, QSRs, or health-focused kitchens.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition (preferred).
- Formal culinary training or certification is a plus.
- Must be adaptable to a rotational menu and new recipe developments.
- High level of discipline, punctuality, and commitment to healthy cooking methods.
