Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative, seasonal menus that delight guests.
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Control food and labor costs while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and special menus.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience as Executive/Head Chef in fine-dining or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and creative culinary skills.
- Knowledge of international cuisines and latest culinary trends.
