- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in the assigned section (Tandoor / Indian / Chinese).
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for raw materials and ingredients.
- Assist in receiving and storing supplies properly.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and hotel hygiene policies strictly.
- Report any kitchen equipment issues or shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in buffet setups, banquets, and special events when required.
