Role Summary

Key Responsibilities Culinary Execution & Innovation
- Design and execute organic, nutrient-rich menus optimized for delivery and retail shelf life
- Develop recipes that maintain taste, texture, and nutritional integrity post-packaging
- Innovate with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and plant-forward dishes
Central Kitchen & Retail Catering
- cale recipes for batch production while maintaining consistency and quality
- Coordinate with packaging teams to ensure food presentation and freshness
- Liaise with retail partners to meet product specifications and delivery timelines
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including prep, cooking, and packaging
- Implement HACCP and FSSAI-compliant food safety protocols
- Manage kitchen staff and train them in organic food handling and preparation
Inventory & Cost Control
- Source certified organic ingredients from trusted suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce waste through smart forecasting
- Optimize food costs while maintaining premium quality standards
- Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in a central kitchen, cloud kitchen, or retail food production setup
- Proven expertise in organic or health-focused cuisine
- Strong knowledge of food safety, shelf-life management, and packaging techniques
- Experience with delivery platforms and retail distribution logistics
Preferred Traits
- Certification in organic food handling or nutrition
- Passion for sustainability and clean eating
- Ability to adapt menus to dietary trends (vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP or kitchen management software

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
