Role Overview:
We are looking for a capable and socially committed Center Manager to lead the operations of a government-supported center. The role requires strong leadership, team management, and community engagement skills to ensure the center runs efficiently and delivers impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center
- Hire, train, and supervise staff and field teams
- Delegate tasks and monitor team performance
- Develop and implement plans for center growth and outreach
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with project guidelines
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Organize community engagement activities and awareness drives
- Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and social responsibility
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in managing staff and center operations
- Commitment to social development and public service
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute outreach initiatives
- Prior experience in government or community projects preferred
